Chocolate Raspberry Crumb Bars

1 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 cups flour
½ cup packed light brown sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (divided)
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup chopped walnuts, pecans or almonds
1 (18 oz) jar raspberry jam

Preheat oven to 350.

Beat butter in large mixing bowl until creamy. Beat in flour sugar and salt until crumbly. Press 1 ¾ cups of crumb mixture onto bottom of greased 13X9 pan. Reserve remaining crumb mixture. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

Microwave 1 cup chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in medium bowl for 1 minute; stir. Microwave an additional 20 seconds and stir again until smooth. Spread over hot crust. Stir nuts into reserved crumb mixture. Sprinkle over chocolate. Drop spoonfuls of raspberry jam over crumb mixture. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips over jam. Bake for 20-25 minutes until center is set. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.
