1 bar cream cheese, softened
1 package of Oreos
1 (12 oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 T. butter flavored Crisco
Crush oreos and cream cheese in blender until combined. Roll into 1 inch balls.
Freeze truffles for two hours.
Melt chocolate chips and shortening in double boiler or microwave.
Dip truffles in chocolate and place on waxed paper. Drizzle some chocolate over the top and add some sprinkles. Refrigerate.
